Retinol/ Retin A/ Vitmain A/ Tretinon- all the same ingredient just formulated slightly different for different products, if you can use this on your skin 2-3 times per week I swear those annoying little “smoker lines” or discolourations will dissapear within a 1 month.
Hyaluronic Acid– holds 1000 times it’s weight in water, enough said right!? He ultimate hydrater and plumper.
Exfoliation- weather it be with a gentle scrub (cosmedix detox scrub is one of my favourites) or a enzymatic peel with lactic or glycolic acids 1-2 x per week will give you that glow and a instant “pick me up”
Face mask sheets- hydration hydration hydration! This is what we want for that glowy dreamy skin. I soak in a bath with a face mask sheet on at least once a week, immediate hydrated plump skin. I mean imeadiate!
Treatments That Work
Botox / Dysport– my favorite treatment that I think everyone should try once (because then you will be hooked for life) start off with “baby Botox” this will give you a fresh smoothness, open up your eyes (so it looks like you sleep for 10 hours instead of 5 hours every night) and most importantly it will prevent you from getting deep wrinkles and looking old when your not.
Juvederm Vollure- Vollure can be used in the lips, nasal labial folds, Marriotte lines. This is the most softest, natural looking filler I have ever used that gives you a beautiful soft, kissable looking pout (no one wants duck lips) also no one wants anyone to know you have filler. The best filler is one that no one can tell you have filler, they will just think “wow” you look really pretty, refreshed and happy! Also not everyone wants these areas filled, there is a filler for every part of the face and as long as it’s injected correctly you will look natural, refreshed and younger!
Dermaplaning– this facial will take away those fuzzy blonde hairs that everyone can see glistening in the sun and will make your skin look super smooth and hydrated. My favorite kind of monthly facial!
